Yes, it's comprehensive, because we've learned that this gives us, and you, the greatest chance of this retreat providing everything you need.   • We really recommend taking our travel insurance, so if you have to cancel, or if your flights are impacted in any way, you're covered.

    There's a $500 deposit to hold your place. Balance for earlybird rates is due by Feb Feb 21st.
    We will be capping numbers at 42 people (including crew) for this retreat.

    Cancellation policy.
    Your $500 deposit is refunded if you find someone else to take your place, or if we have someone on the waiting list who is able take your place.
    Cancellation up to 5 weeks prior to retreat for any reason, refund of all monies (less $500 deposit)
    Cancellation 2-5 weeks prior, for any reason, 50% refund of monies, (less $500 deposit)
    Cancellation less than two weeks prior, no refund (unless you find someone to take your place). 
    When we organise a retreat like this, there is a huge outlay of money and organisation, weeks and months in advance We buy the food and cater to the number of people registered. This retreat will book out, and there will be a waiting list.  If you cancel close to the retreat, there often isn't time for people to get organised to come, and so your place doesn't get filled. Hence the sliding scale of refunds. Thanks for your agreement and understanding.​​
